We’re Khadija and Nacira Temssamani: two Moroccan sisters, born and raised in Amsterdam, now helping clients from all over the world invest in Dubai real estate with clarity, confidence, and a bit of fun too.

We founded Demanis Real Estate because we saw the gap:
Too many people were being sold properties, not plans.
Too many were promised returns, but left with confusion and a payment plan they couldn’t maintain. But most of all, too many didn’t feel truly seen or supported. So, we decided to change that.

Why We Do This

We’ve always had a love for real estate, owning it, selling it. Both the numbers and the lifestyle it can bring, excites us. But we’re not your typical agents. We’re real people, building real relationships with our clients. We won’t push a tower just because it looks pretty in a brochure. If it doesn’t fit your goals, we will tell you honestly not to invest.
